As part of Crown Beverage Europe, Middle East and North Africa central team my key responsability is to manage product’s ‘customer-facing’ development projects in line with business strategy.
- clear guidelines for sales teams on product strategy i.e. cost, availability, logistics issues...
- close cooperation with R&D, manufacturing & finance
- explore and develop possible strategic advantage opportunities through NPD.
- transfer of relevant NPD projects through concept, feasibility, pre-production to production implementation
I also have the responsibility for planning, designing, development and delivery (on time and in budget) for external events and for external communication material.
